What is your background?

My photographic experience has been very wide spread and this is invaluable to me in the wedding industry. I grew up with photography in my genes, shooting film from a very early age. I studied my degree in photography for 3 years as well as assisted fashion photographer Mario Testino before starting my own business.

Can we have an engagement shoot with you?

Absolutely! I love to get to know my couples as much as I can before a wedding day, and an engagement shoot is a perfect way to do this whilst helping you get familiar with how I work.

Do you travel?

Yes, I love to travel! I split my time between London and the Cotswolds but am happy to travel further, especially if it means getting on a plane for a destination wedding.

How long do you stay for on a wedding day?

I currently offer 8 and 10 hour packages which can of course be extended if needed. I do sometimes make exceptions for shorter coverage for more intimate weddings. Every wedding is different, so I will discuss with you what will work best once all of your timings for the wedding day are confirmed so you can get the most out of my time.

Do you work with a second shooter?

I offer a second shooter as standard. They're able to focus on the grooms prep as well as guests arriving. They also add to the image count for the rest of the day with candid shots.

Do you shoot film or digital?

Both! I learnt my trade shooting film so it’s important for me to incorporate it into my work today. The colours and quality are just sublime and compliments my work beautifully with my love for soft, natural light. For weddings I shoot hybrid – a combination of both film and digital in order to get the best from your wedding day.

How do I book you?

Drop me an email so I can check my availability and we can talk more in detail about your wedding day. I’m happy to arrange a Skype call. If you would like to book me, I will send over all the details including a contract and I ask for a 30% deposit.

Can you hold the date for me?

Unfortunately not, I’m only able to put you in my diary once the deposit has been paid in order to be fair to everyone.

Do you need feeding?

Yes please! A wedding day is full on and requires a lot of energy (plus I love my food!). I’ll make sure we bring our own lunch and grab that at any time we can, but I do ask that a wedding breakfast is please provided for us. If you can please ask the caterers that we're fed at the same time as yourselves, it means we're won’t be missing any of the action such as the speeches!

Do you have back-up equipment?

Yes, I have back up cameras and lenses. Accidents and problems do happen, but I have peace of mind knowing that I’ve got my kit covered.

Are you insured?

Yes, I have public liability and camera insurance. Your venue may ask to see a copy of my public liability certificate so please put them in touch with me or your planner.

What do you wear?

It depends on the time of year, however typically I wear a dress or a skirt with a blouse and a jacket if needed. I like to blend in as a wedding guest as it helps me to capture those discrete images.

Can you recommend suppliers?

Of course! I appreciate searching for the right suppliers can be daunting (I was a bride myself last year!), so I’m more than happy to share the details of suppliers that I have already worked with and can highly recommend.
